《神奇蜘蛛侠2》是一款根据漫威漫画超级英雄蜘蛛侠的2014年电影《超凡蜘蛛侠2》改编的动作冒险游戏。本作由Beenox工作室负责开发，于2014年4月29日登陆Xbox 360、Xbox One、Play Station 3、Play Station 4、PC、Wii U、任天堂3DS、Steam平台 。

游戏剧情围绕着蜘蛛侠寻找杀害本叔叔的凶手，并在此过程中与新的反派发生冲突，即惊悚、猎人克莱文、绿魔、金并和屠杀 。

本作是第五部改编蜘蛛侠电影的电子游戏，也是动视发行的最后一款蜘蛛侠游戏 。

伴随着超凡蜘蛛侠2电影的即将上映，动视《蜘蛛侠》系列的最新作品《神奇蜘蛛侠2》也正式发布，在本作品中玩家依旧化身蜘蛛侠，打击城市的中犯罪，当然寻找到杀死本叔叔的凶手依旧是玩家的目的所在，所以游戏的剧情也在最大程度的还原电影情节。游戏的画质高清，动画流畅，操作上依旧和系列前作类似，通过蛛丝穿梭于城市的高楼大厦间，比看电影更有代入感。
