陈延峰,男,博士,南京大学教授,国家杰出青年基金获得者,现为南京大学固体微结构物理国家重点实验室主任,国家973计划项目首席科学家。

2021年8月1日,入选2021年中国科学院院士增选初步候选人名单(技术科学部)。

1963年6月生,教育部长江特聘教授。
